"Beautiful.. Spotless.. Luxurious. Most helpful hosts. I could go on and on describing this heavenly retreat, but seeing really is believing! My mother and I have just returned from a stay in what I can only describe as not just the best in Llandudno, but the best I have stayed in. We were made to feel very welcome the moment we arrived, they could not do enough for us! No.9 certainly has a personal touch, which makes your stay just that extra bit special, not to mention its beautiful decor throughout, and being spotlessly clean. Would certainly return again and will be recommending this to friends and family. Thanks once again!!"

"I would like to say a huge thank you to the landlady and her very helpful assistant Liam for our lovely stay at No.9. A beautiful home, you feel right at home as soon as you enter." "Excellent, very tastefully decorated might I add, and complimentary goodies when we arrived, such as bottles of water, tea and coffee, biscuits, shower gel, shower caps etc. Very comfortable bed which is very important to me as I am disabled but you would not know to look at me. In fact I could not find fault with a thing. We also had our laptops with us and could also use the pc which was located on the landing should we want to use it as well. The en suite facilities with top condition! I would rate it 5 star! and give it 10/10 and we travel all around the world and stay in places from travel lodges, hotels and b&bs and guest houses! A beautiful home, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to stay in."

"As soon as we arrived Mandie made us feel extremely welcome into her home, and nothing was too much trouble. We took our cocker spaniel Wilma with us. The place was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. Mandie&s home is lovely, it&s in a great location for the centre of Llandudno and the beach front, but for us the big difference was Mandie - she had interest in our plans and even helped us with directions and the best eating and drinking places!!! Thank you No 9 and Mandie for making our weekend so special, and Bob and I hope to see you soon."

"We have just returned home to Australia after a five week trip through the UK and Europe. The first two weeks were spent travelling as a group of twelve, with six 15 year old Aussie girls and the other six made up of parents, a coach and a guide. The girls were representing Australia in Futsal (indoor soccer/football) with a tour through Wales and Norwich, England. Our first week was spent at No. 9 Chapel Street, Llandudno, North Wales. We arrived at No. 9 at 3 am in the morning after much delay. We were greeted and made to feel very welcome even though we had inconvenienced Mandy and her family by arriving so late. The rooms were so cosy with that personal touch you don't always find. We stayed for a week and were a big group of 12, with 6 teenage girls! This did not phase Mandy at all. We loved Llandudno and would recommend No. 9 to anyone looking for a good old fashioned homely home away from home!"

"Stayed at No9 for a weekend in January for the annual Alarm 'Gathering', this was the 2nd year on the run I'd stayed. Very friendly atmosphere, rooms were very spacious, clean and decorated to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone looking for a base for a short break or holiday in Llandudno. On walking up the front path it was clear to see the house was beautiful the decoration of the house is true to the original features of house and makes it very welcoming - Mandy is a super lady and made us feel very welcome...I would highly recommend this place which was clean, well decorated and very cosy. When we return to Llandudno for our next break we will definitely be staying here again."
